We called in Jackie to help with our West Highland Terrier Mabel who can have aggressive behaviour with people and dogs.  After the first session with Jackie we knew that she was going to be able to help us out and she has proved herself to be a very effective behaviourist – we had tried a couple of others in the past who’s methods did not work for us. Mabel has many issues, too many for me to include here but the long and short of it is Jackie has been kind and patient with her and so her behaviour is getting better all the time.
