Two Clear Training Routes

Choose the option that suits your puppy and your lifestyle.

✔ Option 1: One-to-One Puppy Training → Then Group Classes

✔ Option 2: Two – Day Intensive Puppy Course (spread over 2 weeks)

Both routes achieve the same end goal — calm focus, reliable behaviour, and real-world skills.

  • Puppies do not cope well in large, hour-long classes
  • Most of the session is spent:
    • Trying to reach other dogs
    • Over-aroused
    • Unable to focus
    • By the time puppies settle, the class is nearly over
    • The following week, you start again from scratch

  • Turning what you have learnt to real life situations
  • Consolidating what you have learnt in class.

Not every puppy needs everything — sessions are adapted to your dog.

Course Structure

Puppies rest between sessions, while demonstrations and practice take place. This teaches them to settle each puppy gets a comfortable bed to nap in when tired.

Structured, Focused Training — Without Overloading Your Puppy

This course is designed for owners wishing to deep dive into the various stages of puppy through to adult hood I give you the knowledge understanding and practical skill to have the companion and partner you want. All training uses only kind reward-based methods. while still respecting how puppies learn.

Achieving the same outcomes as one-to-one but we dive much deeper into their world. Puppies live by a very different set of rules they digest information very differently to us giving you understanding and the tools, avoids the pitfalls just of problematic behaviour we see today.

What Your Puppy Will Learn

Day One Focus
Day one will mostly be in my indoor classroom

Day one is foundation training
  • Settling and calm behaviour
  • Engagement with you
  • Sit, stay, recall
  • Loose lead walking
  • Chewing the right items
  • Separation training (leaving your puppy calmly)
Real-Life Skills
  • Settling while you cook or eat
  • No counter-surfing or food snatching
  • Walking calmly in busy areas
  • Settling in cafés, pubs, and public spaces
Development Stages (Important)

Puppies go through major development phases in their first two years. We teach you how to recognise the difference between development behaviour and pushing boundary’s

We cover:
  • Why behaviour can suddenly change
  • How to respond safely
  • How to prevent fear, anxiety, or reactivity later
  • How dogs learn
  • The development stages from neonatal through to adulthood
  • By the end of the two-day course, you will be equipped understand and be able to deal with each millstone as it occurs

This knowledge alone prevents many future behavioural issues.

A word from me if you don’t put the work in you will not get the results, dogs are creatures of habit you create the habit you get the results

Day Two Focus

Some of today we will be in an outside secure paddock
  • Socialisation with experienced dogs
  • Recall around distractions
  • Learning when to play and how to disengage
  • We will be training in an outside paddock secure area
  • Calm behaviour in real-life environments
  • Getting your puppy to come back when called

What Your Puppy Will Learn

Socialisation & Real-World Training
  • Controlled dog interactions using my team highly trained adult dogs

Advanced Life Skills

After the Course

Once your puppy has:

…you graduate to small group classes, where:
  • Skills are proofed around distractions learning how to desensitise your puppy to sights and sound of everyday life
  • Training moves to real-life situations
  • Dogs learn to ignore other dogs and stay engaged with you
  • Go to the pub your pup sits quietly

Cost £15 per session

Socialisation is not about letting puppies loose together.

Your puppy is introduced to experienced, well-balanced dogs in a controlled way so they can:

  • Build confidence
  • Learn appropriate play
  • Avoid fear, bullying, or overwhelm

This prepares your puppy for real-world dog encounters.
