Puppy Training – Structured From The Start
Led by Jackie, multi award-winning dog trainer and behaviourist.
One-to-one training, designed around your puppy.

Training takes place at my unit in Laddingford (ME18 6BQ), with home visits available.
STAGE ONE – FOUNDATIONS SESSION
Training Unit (90 minutes)
- Weekday One-to-One – £110
- Saturday One-to-One – £130
Home Visit (3 hours)
- Weekday – £220
- Saturday – £240
Your puppy will learn:
- Sit
- Stay
- Recall (come when called)
- The start of walking nicely on the lead
- Structured toilet training
- How to stop biting and mouthiness correctly
- How to focus on toys instead of furniture or household items
Everything is taught through practical, real-life examples.
Training is structured specifically around you, your puppy, your home and your lifestyle.
You leave with clear written guidance on how to move forward before your next appointment.
STAGE TWO – REAL WORLD SKILLS & CONFIDENCE

Indoor ➝ Outdoor
Controlled ➝ Real World
Focus Areas:
- Building reliable recall in open spaces
- Teaching your dog to come away from other dogs when asked
- Strengthening recall around distractions
- Desensitising your dog to traffic, bikes and general movement
- Building independence when you leave the house
- Settling calmly beside you in public spaces (cafés, pubs, garden centres)
- Increasing engagement so your dog chooses to stay with you
Training at my unit includes access to 7 acres of secure paddocks, allowing us to practise recall safely in a controlled environment.
STRUCTURED SOCIALISATION TRAINING
This session is run on a weekend 4 hours duration– £70 per session
Your puppy learns:
- How to approach other dogs calmly
- How to move away when unsure
- How to return to you for reassurance
- How to read canine body language
- How to feel confident in a group setting
All socialisation is introduced at a pace your puppy can cope with.
We use experienced, balanced dogs — not uncontrolled puppy-to-puppy play.
Everything is structured, supervised and guided.
ADVANCED CLASS LAST STAGE
- £15 per session
Thursdays 5:30–6:30pm
We work on:
- Recall under distraction
- Refined lead work
- Impulse control
- Advanced obedience
